We know you are eager to see the first update. During the first few days, tracking may not show movement yet, even though your order has already been dispatched and is on its way.
You can also check your shipment directly with either international tracking service:
Tracking updates can appear a few days late, even while the parcel is already moving. This is normal.
If your number does not show information yet, the tracking system may simply be waiting for its next scan. Your order can still be safely on its way.
What to know about tracking times
The first tracking update may take several days to appear, especially at the beginning of the journey.
After the international stage, the parcel is handed to a local carrier for final delivery in the US or UK.
The usual delivery time is 7-14 business days.
Your order is protected and on its way, so there is no need to worry.
